Notice of Bi-annual Meeting
American Tapestry Alliance, Inc. will hold a Biannual General Meeting on Saturday, the 1st of July, 2006 at 12:35 p.m. in the DeVos Place Convention Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Room to be announced.
The Meeting will consider the following agenda:
1. Determination of Quorum
2. Opening Remarks of the President
3. Minutes of the last General Meeting
4. Treasurer’s Report
5. Annual Report
6. Election of Directors
7. Introduction of the new President, Becky Stevens
8. Any other business

Please complete your proxy and mail to the secretary, Ellen Ramsey at her Lake Forest Park address, before June 20, 2006. Alternatively, check your email for electronic voting via the ATAnews list.
Even if you plan to attend the meeting in Grand Rapids, we ask that you place your vote in advance by mailing your completed ballot to Ellen Ramsey at her Lake Forest Park address at your earliest convenience. We need a quorum of at least 10% of our membership for our election to take place. Your proxy vote will help ensure that this requirement will be met.
